Simplifying Complex Processes

While many efforts were put forth by me and my small team to achieve the fullness of the change over, this document addresses a particular portion of the change over instructors were struggling with. 

Too many options for how to achieve course transition between LMS types were creating anxiety and overwhelm. These work instructions remove the guess work by narrowing to a single approach and providing clear steps to the desired end.

The MS Word version distributed at the college consisted of custom screenshots with alternative description for accessibility, a clickable table of contents, and built-in read aloud making this support document a well-received time saver for instructors throughout the college!
